Happy Saturday everyone! One of my favorite non major golf tournaments is happening this weekend. The John Deere Classic has the most awesome tee markers in all of golf. They are small replicas of John Deere tractors. It's also a favorite of the players. A few years back, I believe it was Zach Johnson who said it was the guys version of American Girl dolls... Oh its also the last chance for PGA tour players to qualify for next weeks Open Championship.
Day 440...
Happy Sunday Everyone! Today was a down day and a recovery day. Family time has been awesome but I needed an afternoon to just rest.
Day 441...
Happy Monday! This caught my eye and I wanted to share it. Check out the explosion of storms around Memphis. You can see several outflow boundaries collide and cause the storms to fire!
Day 442...More outflow boundary madness over the Midsouth! This time storms began outside the Memphis metro, sent storm cooled air inward toward the city, then exploded into new storms which brought strong downbursts and many power outages across the area. pic.twitter.com/H8IuxeICaL— NWS Memphis (@NWSMemphis) July 16, 2018
Happy Tuesday! A continued big thank you to all who have read this blog and listened to the podcasts! I really appreciate it!
Day 443...
Ahh, home sweet home...well maybe my 4th home. I had the pleasure of dropping off my awesome uncle and aunt at the airport this morning. The ten day adventure had come to an end and while it was sad to see them go, I know I will see them again soon. I'm really looking forward to one day going to the airport and just buying a ticket to a random destination.
Day 444...
Happy Thursday! Today, we taped episode 3 of "B Squared, your weekly weather podcast". You can find it on iTunes, just search B Squared. We talk about our favorite winter weather and how we are looking forward to fall!
Day 445...
Happy Friday! Over the last couple days I've found a new show on Netflix that I've become hooked on. You must check out "60 minutes to save your life." Here is an episode from season one. I highly suggest it.
