Day 85 & 86

Day 85...

Happy Monday Eveyone.  It was Monday and I spent as much of it as I could reorganizing my life. Nothing in a bad way, but more along the lines of bills, budgets, and getting some much needed cleaning done.  I also had one of those days where you felt accomplished with those tasks.

Day 86...

The day started off with some excitement. One of the garbage trucks caught fire in the neighborhood. TVFR responded and took care of it. Nothing like seeing a garbage truck smoking and then seeing the ladder truck from SQ34 arrive to put it out. I wanted to be a firefighter when I grew up. I miss those days of being able to dream without worrying about real-life.  Today was my brother in laws birthday.  Happy Birthday Nick. The family gathered at his dad's place out in the country. It was really nice to just sit and enjoy the farm air and not worry about anything. The downtime was really nice. Tomorrow, things get a little more exciting...more on that tomorrow!
