Every now and then you have to blow off some steam right ? Everyone says its not healthy to keep in anger and dwell on it. I'm by no means an angry person...with that said here we go.
Like any normal american male, a video game system is a must have. It can be anything from the Xbox to PS2 to old school Nintendo...it doesn't matter, you have to have something. I went out and dropped a few bucks and picked up the new Tiger Woods 07 for the X Bizzle. I had created a player and was getting better by the day. I came home from a baseball game and just decided to have some fun and challenge some family members to a friendly game when boom...THE XBOX DIED ! Now I know all things will sometimes fail, but why now. I'm 2 strokes up on my brother, (the first time I've led in 4 matches) and poof....error message....Depressed.
I called tech support. One of my biggest pet peeves is when Customer Support fails to support the customer. I was talking to a computerized voice. It was annoying. Whoever was on the other end (I'm guessing they were in India, everyone has tech support there! Don't get me started on outsourcing) kept asking for my phone number and address and everything else. I asked how much it would cost to get it fixed. After quoting me $ 80 dollars, they asked again for my phone number. I asked why and they told me they needed to pull up my account again. Hold up, why would you need it again. I got mad and just hung up the phone. I have to either go get a new "old" Xbox or fork over $ 500.00 for the 360. I guess I will have to wait on that for a bit. A bummer of an evening for sure. BLAH !
