What an awesome day today turned out to be. It was the usual third Saturday line dance practice and I truly enjoy hanging out with this group. After the group, I went over to Tualatin Island Greens to get some work in with the five and eight iron. It was a good range session and I headed back to work for the Saturday night festivities! Down in Eugene, the Oregon Ducks Softball team continued to dominate and quickly dispatched everyone in their region. The Ducks move onto the Super Regional. I think they are almost a lock to head to Oklahoma City.
Day 384...
Speaking of Oregon Ducks, congratulations to Aaron Wise. The former Oregon Duck and NCAA Champion, won his first PGA Tour Event this afternoon. Wise was tied for the lead coming into the day, but quickly took control and didn't look back. Wise tied Tiger Woods for youngest to win a PGA Tour event at 21. Wise looked calm and collected as he made the turn and headed off to take on the back nine. The start of the final round was delayed by four hours with stormy weather that rolled through the Dallas metro area. With the win comes a whole bunch of perks for Wise, including a two year PGA Tour exemption, and a trip to Augusta National next April!
The @TheMasters will need the address of @aaronwise_ ...he’s headed to Augusta National next April!— Bobby Corser (@BobbyCorser) May 21, 2018
