Day 14...

Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers out there, those to humans, and those to have pets.  Today was an awesome day with family at home.  All four of us kids organized the bbq and it was a hit.  It was great to talk with everyone, laugh, and enjoy the time together.  The highlight was spending time with Mom.  She's been there for all of us in one or another.  For me, she's been thru this whole medical journey with me, spent countless nights with me in the hospital, and has been there for appointments and tests.  Without mom, I wouldn't know where I'd be.  Thank you mom.  Speaking of this medical journey, today is injection day.  Humira 40mg shot in the left leg tonight, I rotate each leg for each shot.  Twice a month I have the injection, and it's no longer a big deal.  Just press and done.  I just pray I don't hit a nerve.  The other thing that was fun tonight was getting to dot my golf balls.  I picked up 72 Top Flite XL Distance at a really nice price.  Let's go play golf.
