Short Post....NYC Floods

A thunderstorm hit most of the New York City area very hard yesterday. The National Weather Service was trying to determine if a tornado touched down and caused a lot of damage. Heavy flooding took place all over the city. Just a note, please remember this scene. The city needs to prepare for the event of a hurricane hitting the city. I know you are saying that NY is too far north to worry about hurricanes. Its happened before and it will happen again. A researcher who runs wave models has determined that most of New York City would be under water for days if a cat 3 or stronger hurricane hit. People please prepare. Most knew that New Orleans was in real danger and look what happened. I'm not going to discuss politics, thats not the issue. Just be ready in case a hurricane comes that way.
