Wait what? Will it snow? Well it's snowing in Cascades...but how about down here in the city? Right now, thats a no. I know we all standing at the WishCast Express Boarding Platform waiting for the big arctic outbreak with three feet of snow. Evan Bentley, from the Portland NWS office, was on the video from them today talking about what they see happening this year. Take a look.
