Here they are !

USC 34-28 Beavs 35-17
Mike Barrett:
Oregon State 34 Stanford 21
The Beavs have a mess on their hands with the O line, but they can still
run on Stanford. As always, it comes down to Canfield not making
mistakes. The Cal game was huge in his growth and confidence. The key
is Bernard- he runs for 100 or more, and the Beavs will win. They may
not get to the 34 points I've predicted, but I don't think Stanford will
score over 21 on the Beav defense, which is never given credit.
USC 34 Oregon 28
I hate to pick SC in this game, but Oregon has not used the home-field
advantage in the last couple of years. In fact, they've blown some big
leads at Autzen, and have missed some opportunities with silly mistakes.
That's in the back of their minds. USC is still the most talented team
in the country, and does not get intimidated by these environments.
Oregon's offense will struggle to get to 28 against the best defense
they've faced, but the Duck defense is where this game will be lost.
Washington doesn't have half the offense the Trojans do, and they moved
the ball up and down the field on the Ducks. Oregon will have to score
40+ to win again, and I just don't see it happening against SC.

Hey Ducks nuts, if you couldn't beat Cal at home why in the
world do you think you can beat USC? The networks don't
think enough of the game to put it on the big show. Isn't
it just like the Ducks to thrive off a loss? I mean, you
are ranked so high because of a 1 pt loss at home. Think
about that. You could be #1 if you had won the game.
Enough of that, the game. I break it down this way. USC -
good offense. Oregon - Great offense USC - Great Defense
Oregon - Marginal Defense (hey you gave up 34 to UW,
please) Oregon has the edge offensively While USC dominates
the defensive side of the ball. So who wins out? Well, int
he World Series, pitching wins championships. IN football,
in case you don't know, defense wins games. So, that should
mean USC right? Well, wait there is the Autzen factor.
That's the one that helped you lose to Indiana, ASU and
UCLA in 2004, USC in 2005, AZ in 2006, and Cal in 2007.
That's 6 losses at home in 4 years. Well, it's an
improvement, but there is no Autzen. It is the most
over-rated bunch of bunk in college football. Sure, it's
loud, but really Duck fans, it's about talent, and in the
past you haven't had enough. However, something tells me
that Saturday you will. Just enough. I mean barely. Ducks
44 USC 40. This by the way, is not an upset, and don't
claim it as one. They are #12, you are #5, no go out there
and play like it!
Oregon State vs Stanford. A W for sure in preseason. A
laugher right? Oh contraire, mon frere. This one scares me
more than the Cal did. I'm not kidding. Bye weeks are
supposed to make you healthy, apparently the Beavers didn't
get the memo. They are much worse off. Tavita Thompson,
out, for what reason. Still can't get the info. The shoe is
weak with Pneumonia. He is said to be playing, but if you
have ever had the P, you know if he plays it will be a
miracle, and Trainer Barney Graff should be the Pac-10
Player of the week. Andy Levitre's knee isn't in good
shape. He has been gimpy all week after banging it up on
Monday. I hope Stanford doesn't read this blog, I am giving
you way too much info. It is said Ryan Pohl will be the
only change to the O-line this week, but they are week and
hurting. Stanford can take advantage. They blitz like mad
dogs. So Stanford's D wins the battle against the OSU O.
Tavita Pritchard is s scrambler in the pocket. That's a
prob for OSU. But I believe DDog will be on him like a fly
to a nice slice of french smelling cheese. He'll gobble him
up. Now, that means we got a wash. Both D's will dominate
the O's. That leaves special teams. Stanford will win the
field position war because they have a better punter. But
the kicker who can put it through the uprights from 60+
will win. Alexis, you da man!
OSU 6 Stanford 3
I should waive this one off, but I gotta put a score. Look,
honestly, I am so torn up by this game, I might completely
change my call Saturday on the pregame show. I need another
night to sleep on this.

Bobby:
Oregon is 5th in the country ! Yes I said 5th. USC is 12th. The Trojans have begun to hit the mid season stride with a win at Notre Dame. The Dirty Sanchez says the noise at ND will help him with the noise at Autzen. Let me tell you, the noise at Autzen is at least 10 times louder than ND. Oregon WINS this game by limiting the SC offense making them run the ball. The SC defense has been highly praised and they deserve it, but Oregon’s run and pass threat will over come and allow the ducks to run and pass down the field ! Ducks win by 16 or more… Oregon 50 USC 34
Oregon State vs. Stanford
This game will be decided who shows up for Oregon State. If the team that beat Cal shows up, its over very early. If the team that played Cincinnati comes to play, Stanford takes care of business. Stanford lost their staring tailback for the season. I like OSU in this game, but its going to be close. OSU 14, Stanford 13.
